    5:47, 155# dl. 95# on clean and jerk. I liked this one!!

    5:44, 225# DL. 10/10/10, 4/4/4.5 reps for the rounds on the 2nd part with 85#. This was different – good to change things up a bit.

    10:48 (275). Deadlifts and I just aren’t getting along. A horribly tough but rewarding workout. Once more, I find myself revealed as a weak, little man after wods such as this one. Thanks for the beating Matt and Joe.

    4:01 for the 1st part (DL @ 315#). Used 135# for the C&J on the second part, lost count of reps. Tough WOD.
