17:40 (225). 1 mile, 60 deadlifts, 40 pull-ups, 20 burpees. Ouch.
19:45 with 185#
19:25 with 165#. Really was never feeling this one.
Did this Wed., around noon. 15:06(225), Legs were screaming. Great workout.
