    260 reps, 96, 83, 81. 65 pounds for the lifts. So, up 10# on the lifts, down 20 reps or so total. Fair trade, I guess.

    284. New pr, improved from 237. Possible limitation: I performed mountain climbers on the floor in lieu of rowing on the machine due to overcrowding. I equated four leg climbs to one stroke on the rower. I’ll find out next time how much I actually did, in fact, improve.
