    40 minutes and change I think. The wod was built for a Saturday. There are some shorter, faster wods we could pull out of this one if desired (I’m thinking couplets like squat cleans and knees to elbows.). Sorry to big papi Joe for doing only 65% of my body weight (115). Like I said, these are some of my deficiencies. Do I get to make another one?
