    155 max. Must move faster on the clean.

    175lb and stopped. Like you John, I am finding it difficult to move properly. Work on it more.

    Worked a lot on clean form, as it seems I have developed some very sloppy habits. Then worked up to 105 clean/split jerk. Should probably have put more effort into this, as can definitely do more weight.
