    It felt good to workout. Have not worked out since last Saturday and I felt it. Managed a 13:50 (big, 45, 95)….hamstrings were a little sore still, but will see you all tomorrow for another grueling workout.

    15:53 with the big tire (unintentionally!) 25# lunge, 85# clean. For some reason, this made my forearms very sore.
