    Holy sh**balls!! On my list of personal worst WOD’s, 1. Christmas Gone Bad 2. This mofo. That’s what we should name it, The Mofo! Don’t even want to list my time. Awful, but it made everyone else look awesome! Thanks to everyone who pushed me while I tried to keep moving and not puke!

    Yeah, also really didn’t enjoy this one. Being sick didn’t help, but it was an all-over ass kicker right out of the gate. 24:42 I think.

    I was spent after the second rnd! My pull ups are wimpy but I stayed with it. Time was 27 something… I was just happy to finish!

    I’m with Ralph (and CA and Rocky and Chasen) who did this on Wednesday….SUCK!! Shirt came off, lunch almost came up, and pride went out….Pizza in Chicago was worth it though:)

    20:28 (60# kb, 18# wallball, 105#ohs). This workout was no joke. I felt slow and heavy. Note: It’s that time of the year in Indiana when the pull-up bars are starting to get slippery due to sweat pourin’ and that pestilent humidity.

    20:50. (53KB, 20lb wall ball, 95lb ohs) I agree with you John. Still feeling it from the weekend and yesterdays workout. Still a great workout though.

    I can honestly say this was one of the hardest WOD’s I’ve ever done. The third round was terrible and the fourth was a freakin beating!! Everyone fought through this one well and got it done.
