We did some speed work today.
10 – 150 M Runs
After each run we did 15 reps of one of the following, going down the list until they were all done.
Tire Flips
Pushups
Thrusters
Kettlebells
Pullups
Box Jumps
Push Press
Squats
Burpees
Hang Cleans
21:30 with med tire, 65 lb., 35 lb. KB. Substituted 150 m rows for runs, 45 pushups for 15 burpees. Substitutions secondary to aforementioned altercation with now reconciled tire.
I think I had 19:41 with the big tire, 85# bar, and 44# KB. Very tough cardio on this one.
