Riss explaining her 26th B-Day torture!

Riss had more than enough time to come up with this one, which is why it was a beating to say the least.

 We started off pairing up with someone and then a collective 400 M run with 8 Burpees in the middle. Then we had four exercises to complete.

26 Pullups

26 Deadlifts

26 Box Jumps

26 Hanstand Pushups

You had to run while your partner did the 26 reps and stop for your burpees in the middle of every lap. The person doing the reps had to do air squats while the runner came around for the switch to their reps. Don’t forget the burpees in the middle of every lap. Yes it was as bad typing this as it was doing it. Happy B-Day Riss…don’t have any more for another year please!!! haha

    I had the best partner ever – Ms. Lauren Keeler! It sucked, but we made it through! Happy Birthday Riss..nothin but love :o )
