    Got up to 135. I probably could have done a little bit more, but it was getting hard to catch the weight on the way down. I did some pullups, back extensions, and glute-ham situps before I got suckered into doing Fran with Riss. Wound up with 4:51, but only did 65# thrusters.

    105#. Riss and I are the culprits for suckering Ralph into completing Fran after a long series of push jerks. Great effort by everyone who showed up during the evening classes!

    65×3, 65×3, 75×3, 85×2, 95×2, 105×1, 110×1. I like this lift, wish I could clean more.

    Used 175lbs for this lift. Cleaning the weight is tough. Working on form as well.
