    First time on barbell split jerk. Used no more than 150lbs. I like this exercise. My calves, thighs, and hamstrings hurt so good today. Thanks Joe for the instruction.

    Used 135lbs for all lifts. Trying to work on form instead of being stupid and hurting myself.

    I managed to get up to 135. It was getting harder to get the bar off the floor than it was to get it overhead.
