    Very quick, but honest workout. 135lb push-press- 5:….. can’t remember. Need to go a bit heavier next time.

    12 something. Used 95 pounds. Basically pushpress. This got heavy.

    Used 155#, used weird split-jerk methodology. After the first set it was all singles, every one of them basically a max effort. Took a bit over 16 minutes and utterly destroyed me. I hurt.
