		<description>Glad you&#039;re back Kari!  Way to push through :o)  First WOD with 65# thrusters (it was a looong 20 minutes!), learned to do real dbl unders the last few sets and used box to help with dips.  6 1/3 rds.</description>

Just comming back from the flu recovery, didn&#039;t want to over do it on the weight so I made sure not to slack on the reps. Felt much like a flash back of the flu when I was finnished though. Ha! It&#039;s awsome to be back in the swing of things!</description>
