Yeah, gosh, sorry to have missed the burpees. Trying to get my back to place where I can lift even my dog. In the meantime, wanted to share a couple of recipes for Zone-friendly meals that I’ve found to be pretty tasty. I’d be interested in any other good ones people have found. These are on the zonediet.com site, which is free to be a member of, if you aren’t already.
I didn’t know how to do the spaghetti squash, but you just wash the outside, poke some holes in the rind with a fork for ventilation, and bake it for 45-60 min @350 degrees. It should be softish. Then, cut in half, and scoop out the seeds like a canteloupe. Then, scoop out the remaining insides which separate out into spaghetti-like strands. All that is left over is a thin rind that you throw away. Can subsitute vegetarian crumbles for the ground beef.
I do NOT recommend the baked oatmeal. It was BLAND BLAND BLAND and just made me want to put sugar on it.
Yea…pushing is right. I had to PUSH myself to finish this one- 10 rds.
First day back after a week of being sick….shamefully low # of rds

12 2/3 + 10 squats (95lbs). At least you are back Kristy:). Shoulders hurt after this one.
