Those who had done “Filthy Fifties” on Thursday got to do this:

21-15-9

Bench Press

Squat

Deadlift

    185lbs for all 3 exercises. Can not remember my time.. This workout hurt for 2days after.

    8:09, tried to do 95 lbs for all, but could only bench 95 twice. So, 65, 95, 95. This was good, but some of us (like me) probably could use a benching tutorial session.
