17:21. Sorry I didn’t make it the next day for the New Year’s Eve wod @ 10:30am. Had frequent vomiting and dry heaves on the 31st. Correlation between that and the burpees and pull-ups? Perhaps. Happy New Year to all.

Kristy’s hands look like she gave a cheese grader a backrub. Thats gotta hurt. Way to go with “no band”. Ready to be back, Monday crusified my shoulder. Happy New Year to all of you.
