Man this was a freakin killer, but with all the food that I ate this Christmas it might of been a blessing in disguise. Hope everyone had a great holiday. Graduated to the blue band on pull-ups, think I finished in 25 and change. One last thing, I used what I believe is a pedegg (I think) on my hand calluses. It worked fantastic. I still have calluses but no where near the thickness that can act as a catalyst for callus rips and tears. I bet Joe's still smiling ear to ear cause we got to run.
