18:06 with a 20# wallball. I had a late lunch, and I was feeling pretty bad during the WOD. Made it through, but my time would have been a bit better if I hadn’t had to take a few pauses to let my stomach settle.
Um, Travis…It was a “great quick workout” only because you’re Captain America!! I hope to be back at it tonight and I’ll probably die because I had 2 days off ( Be gentle….
16:29. With 12 lb WB. Lungs definitely were unhappy and I sneezed and snotted for the rest of the day. It was very attractive. Need to find a better antihistamine.

13:00, 20lb wallball. Lungs were screaming (You son of a bi@#*) at me all night. Great quick workout.
