The “Colts” wod was about the only thing with that name that got anything done yesterday. Blue Monday continued to be blue even after the WOD was done.

    I’m glad the Colts don’t have too many Monday night games b/c I don’t know that I could handle that one very often! This one definitly called for the Excedrin Back and Body (and butt and thighs) the next day.
