		<description>I just wanted to say that the last few days I was able to get in the A.M. and work with a few of the day guys and I was impressed with your effort. I will have to make it back in some more, Matt is really pushing you guys and it shows keep up the good work. To my afternoon group, you guys work hard and you all should be proud of what have done. Some of the old crew has reached a new level and my new guys are starting to catch on I know this because I can see the lightbulbs come on over your head. please continue to push and cheer for each other. 
Matt and I promise to get the painting done and and things moved back.
