135 (body weight) dead lift/started out 44lb for 25reps kettle bell then decreased to the 30 something. This really kicked my butt. I would have loved to trade wall ball reps for kettle bells! I found it very hard to keep my core tight at the end. I was just mush trying desperately to finish. I loved the running!
I’m getting better on my knees to elbows. For the first time I used the bar instead of the rings. I think I got down juuuuust a touch further on my HSPU. Definitely not rockin it like some other awesome folks out there, but I’ll get there )
