Dave hammering out the Thursday WOD.

Dave comes to us a retired military veteran and a retiree from FedEx. Oh yeah….he’s 70 years old and kicking ass in here. Dave is scaling the weights and runs (for his hip replacement) and doing very well.

 If you’re looking at this and thinking how can he do this? CrossFit is for everyone, not just the young hard asses. It’s determination and hard work. YOU need to get in here and catch up with Dave….

    Dave kicks so much butt!!! He worries about his time being longer than other folks, but the truth is, DAVE IS TRYING!!! And he ALWAYS finishes his workouts!!! I hope when I’m 70 and Joe and Matt are shriveled old men, they’re still yelling at me to finish my workout! ;o)

    Dave is an inspiration to us all! As for your times Dave, just stick with it man, you’ll be there before you know it! I was lucky to do 10 regular (on my toes) push ups when I started :( . I still struggle, but most days I usually complete a whole work out doing regular push ups :) . Point is every one of us have personal goals for ourselves and thank you to Joe and Matt for pushing us to do our best, expecially when we don’t think we can! You’re the best DAVE!
