Grant came to us a few months back wanting to get himself into shape again. He’s been in here regularly and worked his ass off everytime he does. Hard work and a willingness to learn are what makes people successful in CrossFit. Grant managed to cut nearly 5 MINUTES off his 150 wallball time. That’s almost one third of his previous time that was hammered into an under 10 min WOD yesterday. Great job Grant!!!

Congratulations Grant! You are a perfect example and an inspiration as to what Crossfit can do. A big thanks to Matt and Joe for opening this facility and being there everyday to motivate us through the ride, but ultimately it is up to each and every one of us to drag our asses in there and push ourselves as hard as we can. Keep up the hard work. I have seen improvement not only myself but in each and every great person that I’ve encountered in there over the past few months.
    Crossfit ROCKS:)

  2. Kristy says:

That rocks Grant! I can tell differences in myself too, not only in lifting but in my running (Ralph was right!). Movin to smaller bands on pull ups, workin abs doing things I never thought were for your abs! Everyone at Blast is so encouraging and motivating. It’s what keeps me comin back every day!

  3. Kari says:

I’m sure I don’t need to tell any one of you to keep up the great work. It is so addicting once you see the results. It’s so much fun when it’s done! Grant what an accomplishment! Thank you Matt, Joe and all the Blast fit team (everyone else) for being AWSOME! C-Ya!
