20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest
8 rounds each excercise
Squats
Pushups
Situps
Pullups
Box Jumps
Lowest round total is your highest attainable score….for example if you did 15 your second round you have to keep 15 for your goal until you go under, then that becomes your new score.
Hey everybody…..2 weeks down and 4…ugh…4 more to go!! I finally have internet in my room so I can get onto this site and get some workout ideas. Been mostly doing things in my room with more luck than I thought. The local gym has no room nor did they like my idea of a place to do “that circuit cross fit thing” cuz they are there for serious workouts….or selling roids not sure which yet. Things are going ok though went to dicks sporting goods and bought a set of 40 lb dumb bells and they are kicking my tail! Doing smdlhp, push press and thursters are alot harder i think. I also have used them for a substitute for kettle bells…ouch!! Oh and a chair in my room for box jumps and the lovely laundry basket for squats. Hit the treadmill after a workout or take a run on the trails here and there too. Hopefully I will have made some progress for when I get back. Just havent found a way to do pull ups yet.
