i did this work out and it hurt… i did notice on the board that Mr. Morgan did not have a time. could it be that he was out getting his skirt?

I would like to thank my 5:00 pm class for putting forth some real hard work yesterday you guys should be proud. Good going Mandy, Donald, Jim, Jacinda. I would also like to point out that Mandy did not complain. Josh also came in to visit us and it was good to see him.

At least Mr Morgan has the legs for the skirt! That workout wouldnt have been so bad had that 400 M row wasnt involved! I forget how much of the body that uses. Thanks again for all the support from the instructors if you guys didnt push me I would cheat alot and thankfully I am getting to the point I dont have to cheat to get some of the reps in. I feel awesome when I get in there and workout!!
